Eric Meyer
Eric Meyer received his Bachelors and Masters in Accounting at
the University of Missouri-Columbia. Eric joined MedTax after
spending several years as a Senior Accountant at one of the
nation’s largest public accounting firms. While there, he gained
invaluable experience providing services such as Federal, State
and Local Tax advice, conducting internal audits, Sarbanes-
Oxley, due diligence, and audit & attestation.
Eric has partnered with Larson Financial Group LLC to oversee
operations at MedTax. His personal company mission is to
integrate all aspects of a physician’s lifestyle into a realistic tax
plan. He also understands that a physician’s time can be limited
and seeks to provide essential tax advice that allows physicians
to make informed decisions.
In his spare time, Eric loves to travel and participates in various sports. On the weekends you can catch him enjoying outdoor activities with his fiancée Caroline and his three Labrador Retrievers.
Sarah Jacobs
Sarah Jacobs received her Bachelor’s Degree in Communication Theory and Rhetoric from University Missouri-St. Louis. After working as an in house marketing coordinator, Sarah started her own local marketing company. As a business owner, she was responsible for all the financial and accounting operations. She quickly caught onto the ins and outs of QuickBooks and began helping her clients with their accounting problems.
As a Certified QuickBooks ProAdvisor, Sarah is responsible for setting up accounting systems for new companies, as well as, troubleshooting clients' technical accounting questions. Currently, she is working on obtaining her Advanced QuickBooks ProAdvisor certification.
Sarah also serves MedTax Inc. in the capacity of Media Director. She handles all the marketing, advertising and website designs. She strives to bring fresh ideas and content to MedTax's media.
A St. Louis native, Sarah enjoys spending time with her family. She is also a co-founder and organizer of the Saint Louis Business Alliance-a professional group in the Greater St. Louis area designed to allow enthusiastic business people to exchange ideas, share common interests and provides an insider's view of the regional business scene.
